Start the computer in 'Safe Mode'.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Shut Down...'. (The 'Shut Down Windows' dialog box appears.)
3) Select the 'Restart the computer' radio button and click 'Yes'.
4) When the message 'Starting Windows 95' appears, press F8. (The 'Windows 95 Startup Menu' appears.)
5) At the 'Enter a choice' prompt, type the following and press ENTER:
